HISTORY
Founded
in 1985 in Montreal under the name of Polyhec Informatique,
the company initially gave itself the mandate to provide computer products
and services with affordable prices to students.
In 1988, the company was restructured and changed its corporate
name to Le Goupe Polyhec. In addition to
the market of the individual consumers of the beginning, the
company then diversified its activities in order to position
itself among the principal actors of the market of large
corporations. Indeed, it took part in major projects such as the
installation of the first virtual college of Quebec, the
installation of the vocal assistance system of the STCUM... The
company also deploys its resources in the development of customized
solutions for its industrial customers such as Alcatel,
Air Transat, Bombardier, Groupe Transcontinental...
Conscious of the benefits of Internet for the transactions
with its customers, Le Groupe Polyhec spares no efforts to
quickly integrate this technology in all of its activities. The
creation of this site is only the first step of our long-term
plan which aims at optimizing the satisfaction and the
investment of our customers.
